I started freelancing in my 6th semester at COMSATS University Islamabad — not as a side hustle, but because I was better at building real automation systems for real businesses than anything I was doing in a classroom. By the time I graduated with a Computer Science degree in 2024, I already had a client roster and a track record.

After graduating I spent four months at Texco as a junior software developer — enough time to confirm that traditional software development wasn't where I wanted to be. I made a deliberate move to a US-based marketing agency as their automation developer, where I spent 9 months building CRM systems, lead follow-up pipelines, and multi-channel automations for clients with real revenue on the line. That's where I stopped thinking about automation as a technical exercise and started thinking about it as a revenue infrastructure problem.

Today I work full-time as a freelance RevOps & AI automation engineer with US and UK teams. Marketing agencies, healthcare companies, home services businesses, and nonprofits hire me to build the systems that let small teams punch above their weight — the kind of systems that replace two or three hires worth of manual work. I work a night schedule from Rawalpindi that overlaps with US mornings and full UK business hours, so the timezone gap never becomes your problem.
