Built a two-way sync between GoHighLevel and Google Sheets via Zapier. Every contact update, deal stage change, and pipeline movement reflects in Sheets automatically. The team gets a live spreadsheet view of their entire CRM without ever manually exporting anything.
How It Works
Zapier monitors GoHighLevel for new contacts, updates, and deal stage changes
Each event triggers a Zap that writes or updates the matching row in Google Sheets
Contact fields — name, email, phone, tags, deal stage — are mapped to Sheet columns
Deal pipeline stages sync in real time so Sheets always reflects current pipeline state
Team uses the live Sheet for reporting, filtering, and dashboard building
Changes flow both directions — Sheet updates can push back to GHL when needed
