Automated invoice pipeline via Pabbly Connect — triggered by form submissions, generates invoices via Google Apps Script, logs to Sheets, and emails the customer automatically.
The Problem
The client was generating invoices manually after every form submission — copying customer details, calculating totals, formatting the invoice, and sending it via email. For a business processing 50+ orders per week, this was eating hours of admin time and occasionally leading to billing errors.
The Solution
Built an automated invoice pipeline using Pabbly Connect triggered by form submissions. The system pulls order details, generates a formatted invoice via Google Apps Script, logs everything to Google Sheets for record-keeping, and sends the invoice to the customer automatically.
